Michelle joined our technical team in 2015. Her specialties and interests include dentistry and radiology, anesthesia and analgesia, fear free dog training, and low stress patient handling. She has been our Technician Supervisor since 2018, and in 2021 transitioned to Hospital Manager while continuing to work as a full time RVT. 

She started her veterinary career in 2008, spending over 5 years in general practice. In 2013, she pursued advanced dental training, working and teaching in a dental specialty practice. Michelle has completed 2 internships with highly regarded force-free dog trainer, Pat Miller of Peaceable Paws. In 2017, after 9 years in the field, she earned her degree in Veterinary Technology and passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam, becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician. 

Outside of PHAH, Michelle enjoys kayaking, roller skating, and crafting. She shares her home with a handsome orange tabby named Calvin and Phoebe, a very busy and always entertaining scruffy terrier mix who she adopted from Animal Allies Rescue Foundation.
