Jordan joined our CSR team in mid 2023. She started her veterinary medicine career in 2020, working as a CSR and technician at a local general practice. She has obtained a veterinary assistant certificate from CCBC, and holds an associate degree in baking and pastry. Jordan is a great listener and provides reassuring and compassionate support to our clients. 

Outside of PHAH, Jordan enjoys baking and pilates. She shares her home with Josie the hound mix, and Onnie, an adorably petite pitbull. She is pictured with her favorite hospital friend, Phoebe!
