Krista joined PHAH's Client Care Team in 2015. She started her career in veterinary medicine in 2012, spending over 2 years in emergency medicine. With the transition from emergency medicine to general practice, her problem solving and quick-thinking is utilized through multiple areas in the hospital. In 2021, she advanced to Lead Client Care Representative. Her responsibilities include, staff training, inventory management, and above all ensuring client satisfaction.
Krista is a graduate of Towson University; holding a degree in Environmental Studies. Her original aspiration was to transition from veterinary medicine to environmental research. However, she's discovered that much like "Hotel California", "You can check out any time you like but you can never leave".
Outside of PHAH, Krista enjoys traveling, fine-tuning her photography skills, and spending time with her family and four rescue dogs (Sophie, Mardi, Stella, and Copper).
